Smooch is another way to say "kiss," whether it be a single peck or full-on make-out. The term comes from the sound lips sometimes make when kissing.
Most people use smooch in a romantic sense to tease others about kissing a crush, boyfriend or girlfriend, or spouse. It is similar to the "muah" and "mwah" terms.
You can use it as a noun or as a verb. For example, your girlfriend may give you a smooch or you might be caught smooching in the basement with your boyfriend by your dad.
