Online poker players use AIPF to stand for "all-in preflop." A player who has gone AIPF has bet all their money before seeing the flop, which are the first three community cards revealed during a flop-style poker game (such as Texas hold 'em or Omaha).
Going AIPF is a bold decision, which puts your opponents under pressure to either call your (hopefully) sizable bet with little information, or fold. However, betting all your money before seeing the flop leaves you no wiggle room if your opponents call - so you'd better hope you get lucky.
