Those playing online card games use NH to mean "nice hand." You may encounter this acronym while playing "conventional" card games, such as online poker or blackjack, or while playing online TCGs and CCGs.
For example, if you were playing MTG Online during the initial Throne of Eldraine Standard season, and you curved a turn one Gilded Goose into a turn two Oko, your opponent may have sent you NH in chat. (They may have also wanted to send you some slang terms we can't list here.)
