When something is elementary, people may say it's ASAT (as simple as that). You're most likely to encounter ASAT at the end of a forum post or email message, in which someone has explained how to do something (seemingly) simple.
People also use ASAT when stating their opinion about a matter. These people believe their opinion simply explains or resolves the issue being discussed. (Most things, however, are not actually simple.)
