ATP has 2 meanings
Answer the phone
When you need someone to answer their phone, message them "ATP." Most people send ATP when they have tried calling once and the recipient did not answer, which can be incredibly frustrating when the message is time-sensitive.
You might send ATP when you are trying to remember your nephew's allergies and your sister is not answering her phone. Or, you might have just got your dream job, and you want your SO to pick up their phone when you're calling.
Example
Major news that I need to tell you. ATP now!

When someone refers to their current situation in a text or online, they may send "ATP," which stands for "at this point." Mostly teens and young adults use the acronym.
ATP is similar to the RN acronym but not nearly as popular. Most people use it when discussing the current state of something, such as a trip or a project. For example, a guy might say, "ATP, I'm ready to call it quits with these terrible manual instructions."
