How well do you know your texting slang?
When messaging, people may use "OTTH" when discussing different perspectives (often in response or addition to OTOH. For example, you might be discussing vacation options and say, "OTTH, Mexico is very nice this time of year. :)"
OTTH is incredibly obscure, partially because most people don't have three hands. Besides this limitation, the reason you will likely not encounter OTTH is people rarely use the segue when texting or messaging online (even though they may use it when speaking in real life).
