PeepoHappy

What does peepoHappy mean on Twitch?

I'm happy

Twitch viewers use peepoHappy to express their joy and elation. This term, and the Twitch emote with which it's paired, is one of many that can trace their lineage back to a fan-made recreation of Pepe the Frog.

Origin of peepoHappy

In the late 2010s, a variant of Pepe the Frog that became known as Peepo (or Pepo) first appeared on various imageboards. Eventually, netizens started using the name Peepo to refer to any edited version of Pepe.

Thus, when Twitch users began creating custom Pepe emotes (used as shorthand for different emotional reactions), they assigned them names like peepoCheer, peepoHappy, and peepoSad. The peepoHappy emote, specifically, features an image of Pepe smiling.
