PeepoCheer is an expression of celebration, used primarily in Twitch chat. This joyful slang term, and the Twitch emote with which it is associated, is one of many that draws inspiration from an edited version of Pepe the Frog.
Origin of peepoCheer
Peepo (or Pepo) is a variant of Pepe the Frog that originally appeared on imageboards in the late 2010s. He (or at least his name) proved so popular that many netizens began referring to other edited versions of Pepe as Peepo.
Thus, when Twitch users began creating custom Pepe emotes (which feature edited versions of Pepe expressing different emotions), they assigned them names like peepoCheer, peepoHappy, and peepoSad. The peepoCheer emote, specifically, features an image of an excited Pepe waving his hands in the air.
