Slide into your DMs is another way to say that a person is sending a direct message (DM) to you on Twitter. The person is trying to slyly communicate with you in private as opposed to simply tweeting at you.
When a person slides into someone's DMs they are typically looking to get something from or sell something to that person. Oftentimes, it's a guy trying to set up a booty call with a girl and he doesn't want the rest of Twitter to see how much of a shallow player he is.
