A Trumper tantrum is a meltdown on Twitter where a user lashes out at someone or something with one or multiple tweets. It comes from Donald Trump's propensity for throwing temper tantrums on Twitter and insulting people.
The term is not meant to be a compliment. It is used more as a criticism of someone for exhibiting such childish behavior. The tweet may also be called a tweetsult.
