VOD stands for "video on demand." VODs are pre-recorded videos that a user can access and stream from a streaming service whenever they choose.
Some popular streaming services that provide VODs include Netflix, YouTube, and Twitch. Twitch users, particularly, use the term VOD a lot, to describe previously-recorded broadcasts that a streamer has made available on their channel.
