A vlogger is a person who maintains a video blog, more commonly referred to as a vlog. While most regular bloggers write text posts about subjects they're interested in, vloggers instead film and post videos (which are often accompanied by text).
Vloggers tend to gravitate toward producing videos about visually interesting topics, such as travel, cooking, illustration, and DIY projects. For example, a vlogger might film a video walking you through making a recipe they really like. In that case, the vlogger's post would likely also include a text version of the recipe, which you can use when making the recipe yourself.
