Blueprint

What does blueprint mean?

Perfection

Blueprint is another way to say that something, or someone, is perfection. The term comes from actual blueprints, which are calculated designs used to build things.

People often use blueprint to describe someone they are madly in love with. Their object of affection appears so perfect they think they should be the blueprint for creating other people. For example, a guy obsessed with his gf may describe her as blueprint because he can see no faults in her (won't last for long).

People may also use blueprint to describe people they greatly admire. For example, in sports, a person may refer to a dominant athlete as a blueprint for every other player in that position to emulate.

Example

My gurl is blueprint. The rest are counterfeit!
