C-p is an abbreviation sent in a message by a tired person. They could be sleepy for various reasons, including staying up way too late playing video games or arguing about the best way to put toilet paper on the roll holder (over, of course).
People typically use c-p when messaging online or in texts. For example, your friend may text you, "Cool if I bail on our plans tonight? I'm supes c-p." Or you might be messaging online and remark on your friend's slow replies, "R u c-p? U r taking 4ever to reply."
