What does non-GMO mean when discussing covid?

Anti-vaxxers who have not received a covid vaccine may refer to themselves as non-GMO. These people believe the covid vaccines alter a person's genetics, turning people who have received a vaccine into genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

Anti-vaxxers may also refer to themselves as all-organic or pureblood, in attempts to make their anti-vaxxing seem cool and correct.
