WOTD is a quick way to refer to a daily workout in texts and online. When people use it online, it's usually when they are posting to fashion and fitness discussion boards or on social media.
For example, an Instagram influencer may post a video of herself doing a workout and caption it with "The WOTD is hard but will feel so good!" Or, your fitness buddy may text you, "How was your WOTD? I struggled with it so much."
