Close game
CG is an acronym that stands for "Close game," and is commonly used in online games like League of Legends and Starcraft. It is typically sent at the end of a well-fought match to congratulate the other player.
The acronym is similar to the more common GG (usually typed "gg") acronym, which is often used after close games too since close games are the best games. CG is typically typed as "cg," and it may also be combined with other acronyms or abbreviations. For example, the acronym is often paired with WP and appears as "cg wp" (close game, well played), which is used to show extra respect to an opponent.

Coconut gun
CG is an acronym that stands for Coconut gun, which is a weapon (actually called a "coconut shooter") featured in the Donkey Kong 64 video game. It became popular when SilvaGunner (a YouTube channel) posted a variation of the original "DK Rap," which appeared at the beginning of Donkey Kong 64.
SilvaGunner released the "DK Rap (Unused Version) - Donkey Kong 64" video on YouTube on May 24, 2016. It eventually became a meme favorite in the SilvaGunner fandom. However, the acronym is rather obscure beyond those fans.

Complete games
A baseball statistic used to keep track of the number of complete games a pitcher has pitched.
A CG is when a pitcher pitches the whole game without being taken out for a relief pitcher. The CG usually consists of 9 innings but can be shortened due to weather or lengthened due to extra innings, which is also known as OT. Pitchers don't record as many CGs as they have in the past because of the increase in relief pitchers and worries about a pitcher's durability. The all-time CG leader is Cy Young with 749 CGs.
