Tlking is an abbreviation of "talking" (it simply removes the letter "a") that people commonly use in messages and online, including social media posts and DMs. People may use it for various contexts, including talking casually with a friend, speaking formally with a boss, or even talking trash about an ex.
For example, your friend might text you, "When is Mr. Z gonna stop tlking, this class is going on 4ever!" Or, you might message your older sister about family gossip, "I hear Jason and Katie aren't even tlking nemore. U think they'll break up? Spill the tea!"
Additionally, tlking often does not refer to actual talking since people use it as an all-encompassing term for communicating. For example, you may say that you have been "tlking to a guy online," but you've never heard his voice since all your communication has occurred through typed messages.
