Chicken means scared. It is a term that is synonymous with being afraid or a wuss.

The term originates from the actual animal that will run away when confronted. Often utilized by a person who is trying to bully another person into doing something. Also a popular game among stupid teenagers where two individuals drive a vehicle at each other until one swerves out of the way and loses.
