In League of Legends (LoL), to feed means to repeatedly get killed by enemy champions, thereby "feeding" those champions extra experience and gold. Feeding enemy champs usually leads to a quick L.
LoL noobs are most likely to feed, either because they don't understand their own abilities, their opponents', or both. However, if a game is already going south, griefers and trolls may feed on purpose, to punish their "horrible" teammates and bring the game to its conclusion more quickly.
