Over and out
OO is a way to sign off from an email message or online chat session. For example, if you have to leave an online convo to go eat dinner, you may message your friends, "Gotta go eat. OO!"
The acronym comes from radio communications, where a person, such as a trucker or police dispatcher, ends a transmission with "over and out." You will most likely see OO online when messaging directly, but people may also end an email with OO.
Additionally, OO is one of several ways people may type the acronym. Other options include OAO and [O&O|o&o].

When a customer orders a product that has not yet arrived, it is on order or "OO." While OO is extremely uncommon, you may encounter OO on e-commerce sites, in emails, or in order status reports.
For example, you may check the shipping status of an item you bought from a website and see the "OO" designation next to your purchase. Or, you might work at a company that sells or ships items and use OO to indicate to customers or other co-workers the status of an item. And in some cases, co-workers may audibly say "OO."
