PFR
PFR has 2 meanings
Plasma, Frag, Rocket
When playing Halo, "PFR" refers to throwing a plasma grenade throwing a frag grenade, and firing a rocket to create a simultaneous explosion. The explosive combination is a stunt, which is a glitch-like act possible in Halo games but not physically possible in the real world.
Gamers may use PFR as a verb or noun. For example, "I can't believe I got PFR'd by Stanley. He's such a noob." Or your friend may say, "Imma try a PFR on this clown to get some momentum."
While gamers may have used this tactic since the game debuted in 2001, the first documented usage came in 2004. You will likely only encounter PFRs when playing Halo video games.

Online poker players use PFR to mean "preflop raise." This term refers to a raise made during the initial round of betting that occurs in flop-style poker games, such as Texas hold 'em and Omaha, before the dealer reveals the first community cards (known as the flop).
Some poker stat-tracking software uses PFR to track the raises players make preflop. For example, a stat-tracker may track both the number of PFRs a player makes, as well as the average amount of money a player raises preflop.
