Not safe for vegetarians
When you're discussing food, NSFV stands for "not safe for vegetarians." This culinary acronym is used to describe a dish that has meat, fish, or other formerly-live animal products in it.
Because different vegetarians follow different rules, a food that is suitable for one vegetarian may not be suitable for another. For example, some vegetarians are fine with eating cheese, eggs, and potato chips fried in animal fat, but others might consider those foods NSFV.
Example
Most of the spread is NSFV, but I made sure to order a couple vegetarian options

On social media and online forums, NSFV most often stands for "not safe for viewing." Similarly to the NSFW and NSFL acronyms, NSFV is used to label pictures or videos that contain lewd, shocking, or otherwise questionable content.
Most often, the NSFV label precedes a link that leads to unsavory content. If you're in a public space, you probably should not click an NSFV link. As always, though, YMMV.
