Caesarean section
On pregnancy-related forums and message boards, "CS" stands for "Caesarean section," a surgical procedure where an incision is cut in a woman's abdomen to deliver one or more babies. It is an alternative to natural vaginal birth.
Women primarily use CS when discussing Caesarean sections in a pregnancy, birthing, or parenting forum with other mothers or expecting mothers. They may be preparing for the procedure or recounting their experience to help others prepare.
For example, an expecting mom may ask, "What should I expect in the weeks following a CS?" Or, a mom of 3 may post, "Here are some things I wish I knew about my CS."

Caught stealing
In baseball, CS is a statistic that stands for "caught stealing," which represents the number of times a player has been caught stealing (or thrown out by a catcher). For example, when a player attempts to steal a base and is thrown out by the opposing team, the catcher or pitcher, they are caught stealing.
Stealing a base in baseball is incredibly nuanced. When on a base, a runner leads off (takes a couple of steps off the base) while the pitcher has the ball. They then try to distract the pitcher by threatening to run (or actually run) to the next base when the pitcher winds up and delivers the pitch to the catcher at home plate.
The runner may be caught stealing by the pitcher if the pitcher throws the ball to the baseman the runner is leading off from (or running to) and is tagged before getting safely to the base. Or, a catcher may catch a runner stealing by throwing the ball (after catching it from the pitcher) to the defender closest to the runner, who then tags the runner out before the runner can touch the base safely.

CS is a statistic acronym that means creep score, which is often used in the game League of Legends (LOL) and Warcraft 3: DOTA. The term refers to how many minions (often called "Creeps" like in Defense of the Ancients) a player has killed.
In LOL, the CS affects experience and the champion's Elo. The more creeps a champion kills, the more gold they receive.
In DOTA, when a player kills creeps he gains gold just like in LOL, which can be used to buy items. The creeps spawn in the woods or run down lanes.
